Help us raise funds for ASNA by booking to attend and take part in our 10th year anniversary fundraising cycle.

This event will take place on the 28th August 2011 at Richmond Park, London.

MEET AT SHEEN GATE CAR PARK ENTRANCE TO REGISTER FOR CYCLE. 10 am for 11am start.

Bring family and friends and a  picnic. Entry to fundraising cycle will be £5.00. We are asking all cyclists to raise a minimum of £100 (for adults) and £50 (for children). The course is designed to suit all abilities. Come and cycle for 7 miles,14 miles or 21 miles and take in the beautiful scenery as you cycle. Registration begins at 10am , cycle begins at 11am. Refreshments provided for cyclist.

10th Anniversary Celebrations continue with an extended ASNA family respite weekend 2011.

• ASNA 10th family weekend 2011 will take place at the Frontier centre, Northants, ,  15th – 18th April 2011.
• A short break for families living with disabilities to meet other families in similar situations to share ideas, peer support, relaxation, emotional support and training opportunties.
• Children and adults with disabilites are supported by 1: 1 CRB checked and trained volunteers.
