About the Event

Join ASNA for the first in a series of creative learning seminars and workshops led by Richard Christie. Richard is a multi-instrumentalist based in Nottingham, England who trained as a singer graduating from the Birmingham School of Music (B.A.Hons Vocal Studies) before pursuing a career as a Music Therapist after post graduate training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London (Dip.M.Th). Entering the teaching profession after successfully negotiating the Graduate Teacher Program and earning an M.Ed in Human Relations from the University of Nottingham, he now balances life as a school teacher, private tutor and a Community musician.

A former member of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain and the London Adventist Chorale he is also passionate about playing the piano, guitar and his beloved Flugelhorn. He helps to direct the music teams at his local church and is an accomplished arranger, vocal conductor and a composer with a ranging portfolio of work. This hour and a half will be well spent. Join us on 14th September from 6-7.30pm with your ideas.

What should I bring? Bring a pen / pencil and paper. Lets make music together!
