A Tool for Self Care

The Carers Creative workshops aims to encourage creativity for health and well being. Research has shown that taking part in music, writing, art and other creative activities release 'happy' hormones  - endorphines -   in the body  important for health and wellbeing and building resilience. This is key for self care for carers.
