'Shift' leader Janine Esbrand Joins ASNA

We are thrilled to announce that Janine Esbrand is joining ASNA as our newest Trustee!

With a background in corporate and commercial law, Janine advises organisations from within the business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to navigate risk, complexity, and strategic decision-making. Her experience as in-house counsel gives her a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, competing priorities, and the realities faced by professionals operating in high-pressure environments.

Alongside her legal role, Janine has built a global coaching and consulting portfolio. She has coached over 200 mid-career professionals and emerging leaders, designed and delivered leadership development programmes, and advised organisations on career development and talent strategy. Her work focuses on career management, leadership capability, and personal brand—helping professionals progress with clarity, credibility, and impact.

Janine is a TEDx Speaker and the host of the Career Change Maker Podcast, a top 1.5% careers podcast with over 250,000 downloads across 112 countries. Through candid conversations and practical insights, she explores career growth, and navigating change in demanding professional environments.
